We start with an inspection to determine if your pool is safe.
IF your pool IS SAFE (according to VIC regulations):
We will provide you with a Compliance Certificate.
If YOUr pool is NOT SAFE:
We can draw up barrier plans and attain building permits for your pool to be compliant with the new safety laws.
INSPECTIONS & COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATES
New VIC legislation requires all pools to be registered with their local council, and inspected by a VBA registered practitioner (which we are!). The surveyor then issues a compliance certificate for the council.
This needs to be done every 4 years.

PLANS & PERMITS
A building permit is required before installing a new pool, spa, or barrier.
This permit needs to be issued by a registered building surveyor (that’s what we do).
Building work must start within 12 months of the date that the building permit was issued.
Plans are required to begin construction.
